How RallyRoom billing works

Free Starter is RallyRoom's permanent free entry model. As each product becomes Free-Starter-ready, an organization gets one active game per supported product, 50 players per game, 0 Rally game emails per day, owner-only admin access, no branding, no AutoHost, no image backgrounds, and no priority support.

Standard unlocks all available Rally games while active, with 300 players per game, 600 Rally game emails per day, up to 6 active Bingo/Bracket/Canvas games each, and up to 6 organization admins. Branding, AutoHost, image-backed customization, and priority support are not included. Premium unlocks all available Rally games while active, with 1000 players per game, 2,000 Rally game emails per day, up to 15 active Bingo/Bracket/Canvas games each, up to 10 organization admins, AutoHost in supported games, organization branding, custom image-backed visuals in supported games, and priority support.

Permanent RallyBingo, RallyBracket, RallyCanvas, and RallyRank licenses unlock only the purchased game forever and include 600 shared Rally game emails per day for the organization. RallyRank is lower-priced because it is a lighter-weight tier-list, alignment-chart, and ranking-board product. RallyBingo permanent access includes AutoHost, custom Bingo background uploads, and up to 50 active Bingo games. RallyBracket permanent access includes custom image-backed visuals and up to 50 active RallyBracket games. RallyCanvas permanent access includes up to 50 active canvases. Permanent licenses do not increase admin capacity or unlock organization branding by themselves.

The RallyRoom Workspace Upgrade unlocks up to 10 admins and organization branding. It does not include RallyBingo, RallyRank, RallyBracket, RallyCanvas, product email allowance, AutoHost, image background uploads, or priority support.

Rally game email allowances are shared across the organization and reset by UTC calendar day. They apply to game/product transactional emails, not account emails, password resets, magic links, organization invites, or Stripe billing emails.
